How we acknowledge those who L.E.A.D.
We wish to see all of our learners as successful LEADers who practise the
expectations in all that they do at school. We have a number of special rewards
to acknowledge all of those students who achieve one or all of our four LEAD
expectations

Each time a student is acknowledged for demonstrating a high
level of Learning with Purpose; or Engaging with Pride;
or Acting with Respect; or Daring to Succeed they will
receive a certificate
Certificates to Wrist Bands


10 x Learning with Purpose certificates = 1 x Learning with Purpose silicone wrist band
10 x Engaging with Pride certificates = 1 x Engaging with Pride silicone wrist band
10 x Acting with Respect certificates = 1 x Acting with Respect silicone wrist band
10 x Daring to succeed certificates = 1 x Daring to Succeed silicone wrist band
Certificates to Badges
                             Four wrist bands
One from each expectation will earn you a LEAD badge
to wear as a symbol of your achievement.


It will be your goal to gain all FOUR LEAD wrist bands during years 9 and 10 so
that you can trade them in for a LEAD badge.You will also be able to earn
places on waka voyages, trips away and all sorts of other rewards if you prove to
be a Fraser student who show they can LEAD.
