4. Our Solution
Online Support Combined Data Backup and Disaster Recovery
solution.
 On-site Disaster Recovery appliance which stores incremental
snapshots of all critical servers. As a Data Backup solution these
snapshots can be accessed and used to restore files and folders
from any point in time.
 Every night these incremental snapshots are consolidated and
transmitted off-site to our data centre.
 In the event of any disaster the IBA has an off-site copy of their
entire critical server infrastructure. This can be restored easily and
quickly to either our virtualised server platform for remote access by
the IBA staff or to one of our hot spare servers which can then be
delivered to their offices for on-site access.
