Smart Ci)es cases -‐ lessons learned q Smart city is more an urban strategy than an urban reality. Smart ciBes will appear through numerous bo^om-‐up iniBaBves besides some strategic planning, and infrastructure development. q Top-‐down planning and bo^om-‐up iniBaBves should complement each other. City hall is someBmes dominant.
