We are an exciting and dynamic interior design company dedicated
to achieving the most out of your space. We create this spaces by
applying interior design elements and analysis whereby your needs
and resources are met in order to produce an interior space which is
attractive and fulfils the project goals.
With our wealth of experience in space planning and passion for
creativity, we make spaces functional, beautiful , safe, comfortable
and welcoming to ensure the individuals enjoy being in the space
created . We achieve this by determining space requirements and
selecting appropriate materials to produce the best design.
We utilize and work with carefully selected artisans, suppliers and
manufacturers who deliver the finest form of hand craft and
materials .

3. Background
DezineDivaa was established in January 2013. We provides Interior
design and consultancy services for varied types of projects. We
carry out interior design projects from start to finish.
Our core area of specialization are:
1. Interior Design& Space Planning
 Design Concept represented by layouts and mood boards
 Window treatment- Blinds, curtains etc
 Wall Finish – Wall paints, wall papers
 Floor finish – Tiles and Parquet floors
 Accessories- Beddings, crockeries, Wall décor/artwork, potted
plants, ornaments etc.
2. Renovation/Refurbishment
 Space Analysis
 Assemble existing plans, measuring up and drawing up required
plan
 Remodelling of existing buildings into new use
 Review and detail shop drawings other consultants
3. Upholstered Furniture Manufacture & Refurbishment
 Upholstered furniture design and manufacture
 Redesign and refurbishment of upholstered furniture.
4. Project Coordination
 We plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Coordinate and integrate projects, clients, contractors,

Our processes
Briefing/Concept Stage
Understanding and listening to our clients is something that we believe is
fundamental to the success of any project. Invariably, we recommend more than
one initial idea, so as to demonstrate the potential of a project.
Design Development
This phase is where we come into our own, where the creative ideas come
flooding out, working in combination with your desired outcome. Depending on
what you want from your project we will create an artist’s impression and CAD of
how your project will look. We put together colour palettes, wall coverings,
flooring, paint, fabrics, furniture and space plans as well as lighting and
accessories. We will repeat this process as often as is necessary to get the best
result possible. At this phase interior design sketches would be done for any
custom-designed treatments or pieces.
Design Completion & Planning
This phase is the one where we make any amendments to the plans and
perspective drawings can be recreated if the client requires. We also source and
obtain quotes from contractors at this point. Away from the creative processes,
we are equally passionate about total clarity, transparency and accuracy when
tendering our projects. We offer our clients the highest standard of account
management, ensuring all of our projects are tendered and controlled precisely.
Installation/Construction
This phase sees our interior and spatial design ideas come to life and put a smile
on your face. We check in regularly to see how the site is going with the
contractors and ensure that everything is going as planned, to budget and on
schedules
Project Completion/handover
We will present you with your amazing, exceptionally well designed finished
space. We will walk through it with you and discuss any care and maintenance
needs of your new equipment, fixtures and furnishings

5. Designer’s niche
Chinyere Otah (Bsc, Msc Architecture) is the head
designer and team leader of DezineDivaa Interiors.
She has been working as an interior architect since
graduating from University. She has experienced and
participated actively in various, residential,
commercial and institutional design project while
working at Home & You Ltd and IO furniture Ltd. She
is also a project manager. Her key skills are designing
and project management.
