Summer 2007 Consultation Most responses generally supportive – “ We are supportive of the definition given in the NW Green Infrastructure Guide.” “ The five steps form a helpful framework for considering GI planning as this 5-step approach is straight forward and will enable all stakeholders to become adequately involved early in the process. “ “ The five step approach is concise and clear. Whilst there are concerns over the practical implementation of some of the steps in theory they represent a logical sequence leading to the development of a GI Plan.”
