Senior Staffing Consultant (Contract- through Bridgenex LLC-) Supported seven U.S.
sites for large storage technology company. Duties were full cycle recruiting of mostly
software/hardware/firmware engineers with responsibility for maintaining talent
management system from requisition creation, candidate screening, presenting candidates
to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, creating, presenting, and negotiating offers,
process new hire/on-boarding, immigration issues, and closed all loops in the hiring
process. Sourcing methods ranged from identifying talent working at competitors, cold
calling, use of networking sites such as Linkedin, referral generation from employees,
new hires, and searches on Google, university/college Alumni sites, homepages, user-
groups, etc.
June 2006 -Sept 2006: Liberty Mutual Group-Portsmouth NH
Contract Technical Recruiter (through Willmott Assoc.)- Supports Infrastructure
Services by sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for a variety of positions including,

Has full cycle responsibility for managing staffing process through BrassRing applicant

of engineering and other technical disciplines for leading manufacturer of semiconductor
equipment. Full cycle recruiting in high volume hiring environment.
Use of AIRS, cold calling, research, and job boards to locate and contact candidates.
Assists hiring managers in fine tuning job descriptions, has regular meetings with
managers to assess candidate flow and quality. Complies with all EEO/Affirmative
Action guidelines. Highlights: To date have filled several difficult positions without
assistance from outside agencies.
April 2002-December 2004: Hannaford Bros. Co.- Scarborough, ME.
Corporate Recruiter/Employment Specialist (Direct)- Sourced and recruited retail
pharmacists in a highly competitive market with responsibility for 96 locations in five
states. Reported to Human Resources Manager, Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy
Operations Managers. Duties were to find qualified candidates (individual contributor
and management level) present to hiring managers, prepare and negotiate offers (guide
candidates through entire value of package (stock options, 401K, pension, insurance,
etc.) close all loops in the hiring process.
Also recruited for corporate positions in non-pharmacy areas of company.
Highlights: Filled one of their most difficult openings (req was open for 1½ years.)
Placed a Director of Marketing and Pharmacy District Manager for sister company in
Florida. All positions were filled without the use of agencies or search firms.

November 2000-March 2002: Applied Micro Circuits Corporation
(Contract & Contingency)-Andover, MA
Technical Recruiter- Supporting the Marketing/Applications Engineering, Systems
Development and ASIC Design groups at the Andover MA.Design Center.
Sourcing, screening and interviewing engineers and technical marketing candidates who
will contribute to the development of customer specific chips and subsequent design wins
that perform in the high-bandwidth, silicon market.
Full cycle recruiter from first point of contact to first day of hire. Effectively markets
value of the company to candidates. Prepares, presents, and negotiates offers to
prospective hires. Highlights: Filled eleven Applications Engineer positions in a tight
