1. Students are able to authentically use technology learnt in
class.
2. Student will learn how to manage
and apply their animation projects from
the presenting program (Keynote) and
sound editing program (GarageBand)
which they have learnt.
3. Students are able to think
creatively for making up a story themselves.
4. Students learn how to work in process and be able to do their
project in time.
5. Students will be able to confront and solve problems during
animating process themselves.
6. Students are able to apply various skills learnt in class: art,
English, thinking process, creativity and also confidence.

PANANG
panang pork curry
Ingredients
•1 cup (250 ml) coconut cream
•1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk
•1/3 cup basic Thai red curry paste
(see related recipe)
•500g pork fillet,thinly sliced
disgonally
•2 tbs palm sugar
•2 tbs fish sauce
•8 kaffir lime leaves,4 torn,4
shredded
•1/2 cup Thai basil
•1 long red chilli,thinly sliced
•Steamed rice or noodles,to serve
Method
1.Combine coconut cream and milk in abowl. Pour 1/2 into a wok and cook overhigh heat for 6-8 minutes or until oilbegins to separate. Add curry paste andcook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.2.Add pork to wok and stir-fry for 2-4minutes or until cooked, then add
remaining coconut mixture and bring tothe boil. Stir in sugar, fish sauce and tornkaffir lime leaves. Serve curry scatteredwith remaining basil, shredded kaffirlime leaves and chilli, on top of rice orrice noodles.rice

are interested
and collect all
information from
resources.

List subtopics
for book,
categorize
information and
then start
writing books
based on a fact.

making media;
there are 5
interactive
media that are
needed to add
into iBook. So
students have
to create
their own
media, for
example; photo
album, movie,
presentation,
quiz or even
3D object.
