Pascal Kiiza has over 13 years of experience in leadership and management positions at public higher learning institutions in Rwanda. He currently serves as the Academic Registrar at the University of Rwanda's College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Previously he held similar roles at the former Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and the School of Finance and Banking. He has also taught part-time and conducted research on topics related to leadership, education management, and staff commitment. Pascal has published several papers on decision making, delegation of authority, effective communication, and their impact on staff commitment within the School of Finance and Banking in Kigali, Rwanda.

1. Mr. Pascal KIIZA holds Master of Arts in Educational Management from
Makerere University (2013) and BSC with Education from Kigali Institute of Education (2007).
He has over Thirteen years of working experiences in Public Higher Learning Institutions in
leadership and management positions.
Administratively, currently is working with University of Rwanda as Academic Registrar,
College of Medicine and Health Sciences and a mentor FAWE scholars. Prior to this served in this
same position, College of Agriculture Animal Sciences & Veterinary Medicine and former Higher
of Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (ISAE) for 8years to date. Last but not least
served as Admissions and Registration Officer, School of Finance and Banking for five years.
In teaching, served as part time Assistant Lecturer in Leadership and Management Course in
Postgraduate Diploma in Effective School Management in collaboration of VVOB and College of
Education over 14 Districts in Rwanda for Head Teachers and Director of Studies and Research
Methodology, School of Finance and Banking for part time programs and participated as research
assistant at Institute of Policy Analysis and Research-Rwanda (IPAR) on equity and efficiency in
the allocation budget and its impact on quality education for all.
Pascalgot different trainings in leadership, people management and change management, training
Management Skills and entrepreneurship business development & management. In research, he
made significant contributions in research at University of Rwanda on leadership practices and
staff commitment.
