We provide specialised training to demonstrate how teachers can move beyond their comfort zone
Follow up support is provided in each teacher’s classroom to help meet individual teacher needs Teachers select theircompetency level and meetwith others at a similar level for after school “just in time” learning Risk taking is encouraged “Trial” volunteers eg for eportfolios
