ANIMAL EXTINCTION
A balanced ecosystem is an essential need for a better tomorrow for mankind.
Deterioration of ecosystem will give a negative impact to the world such as
landslides, climate change and floods. However, large number of animals and
plants are threatened with extinction these days. We depend on them not just to
have our daily food but in many ways especially in environmental and ecology
control. So that, causes and preventions steps should be taken into account before
it become worse.
Some of the most common reasons that animals are extinct are caused by
humans. Everybody knows that. The top reasons are habitat destruction, and
hunting to sell body parts, like tigers for their fur and bone. I think habitat
destruction is the top main reasons because it has more consequences over time
since most animals will be unable to recover that space. There are also people
who capture animals, to sell them later on to wealthy people who have nothing else
to do with their money, but to buy endangered animal species, to illegal shows or
circus e.t.c; So you understand, the main reason for animal extinction, is human
intervention on their natural life, and environment.
Animal extinction is a threat to the human life. Just imagine a world without other
animals? Just try to figure how boring this life can be, everywhere you go you meet
one species of the animal kingdom, will it then mean that human beings should
start adopt to be vegetarians forever. Animal extinction is a threat in that there are
a lot of things that the animals provide to the human beings that can not be
counted. Look at food, clothing, hides and skins, look at attraction, look at the role
that biodiversity at large. So the extinction of animals has got more disadvantages
than advantages.
It is a phenomenon that takes place in our societies. We can not pretend or rather
ignore this yet our action and activities do contribute towards it. In this sense
therefore it calls for be very individual to take the responsibility to do the best he or
she can to restore the natural creations. In whatever way you may look at this,
animal extinction touches us, not forgetting that we are also animals. So we can
better participate by taking good care of our environment as we consider the
generations to come. By doing providing a healthy environment, lives of animals
will be boosted.
