CHEF BACKGROUND
Our Chef, Gustavo Salazar, is a member of the World Association of
Chefs Society and the National Chef Association, Costa Rica.
Mr. Salazar holds a Degree in Advanced European Culinary Management
from DCT Swiss Hotel & Business Management School, Switzerland.
Among his culinary experiences, Mr. Salazar counts his work at the Four
Seasons Resort in Costa Rica, the Marriott in Switzerland, and the Melia
Chain in Spain, United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Mexico.
