Eg: i have many times stood in public to sing.More,i ready face with challenge which others feel not safe although i know that it is difficult,i still
wanna try.I love the way i discover myself.This make me know i'm just small person but i'm very strong and alway find the way develope myself

Eg: I think i know how to work together .I accomplish my task,criticise wrong things 's others,express my ideas and especially listen carefully to
others,trust and support my team.I know it's not much enough so i alway learn a lot from many experienced people.
3.humorous person
Eg: My friend often told me that i alway make them smile and feel comfortable.I like do crazy things and dont care what people say because
this make me happy and confident.I can make my friend smile when they sad but sometime i dont know the way make me dont sad.
My biggest ambition are have a good job ,take my parent travel all over the world and help disadvantaged person.
My plan:
Go to the university --> learn from enviroment and friends ---> learn English and other language: japanese --> join AIESEC and volunteer act
-->have many fact-finding trip ---> accumulation experiences --->make many friends ---> achieve good degree.ESPECIALLY live must have goals

Because they are only think for themself,i think they ready do everything including bad things in order to bring benefit for them.They only care
about their problem and ignore everything happening around them.When we are a group,we have to help each other to develop our group,it's
not only one's bussiness,it's all of team 's one.We have to do together to make huge achievement.

English is the popular language,to me,i need improve it a lots.English skill can help me defeat others to have a good job,it help me have a

1.areas with many types of people
Many kinds of people mean that there are bad people and good one.When we work with them,we can aware of thier personality,besides we
can learn many things from them.The good person can help us improve ourself and make us recognize deficiencies to fix them.More,we can
learn how they work the most effectively.On the contrary,to the bad guys,we’ll know the way they work and behave.We can avoid it and have
many experience to behave with somebody like that.
2.international Areas
We can learn many thing from foreign such as: language,culture,lifestyles,workstyles,teamwork styles,….There are something we have to
improve a lots because most of Vietnamese students don’t know the way teamwork and communicate especialy soft skills,leadership skill while
foreign students are very smart when they work together.That is the thing our students lack.
3. Multicutural area
In globalization economy,we have to work with many people all the world,we have to exchange by many diffirent languages.We should learn
about their culture,and this make us focus about some skills like listening,analyze, manage skills especialy leadership.
At present,I take over maketing team of international bussiness club about 6 months.in that time,I wrote some posts for 2 program and my
posts is always chose.That help my program is knew a lots.I think it’s a sussecful for me-a freshman.I don’t think I have a good writing skill but I
confident about this,I always improve it everyday.I learn it from posts in many pages,but I keep for me another style deffirent from them.
I see AIESEC has a recruitment and I want to challenge myself to new experiences.I have a passion with AIESEC because the nearly recruitment I
registered but I just stopped at round 3.I feel it is a lesson for next steps of me.I learned many things from that,and this times I want to try
again,I believe that I’ll gain.AIESEC is a place which I can express my abilities and help me find potential ones.I want to become a part of AIESEC
and contribute my creative ideals for you.Maybe now,I don’t good at some aspects like others,but I trust about myself,I can do it.
Global citizen is a annual program of AIESEC,I don’t know a lots about this,but I think it is a good chance for Vietnamese student in order that
they can contact with cultures,make friends,and learn the way tobe a good manager.They can become a leader for yourself,they can do
it,because they experienced a project help them exchange,find the way develop themselves by learn from each other,from kinds of
culture,economy,social,….That make them think about somethings in another way such as we alway work passively,the foreign work initiatively
althought vietnamese is smart and ingenious person.When the vietnamese recognize the important of teamwork and the way make it
better,they can become a good leader,so we have to learn by exchange and connect with others cultures,others person.
