How to embed a in aGoogle Calendar Twinspace page
One useful tool that can be used in eTwinning projects (for scheduling activities set timelines, to
arrange dates for teleconference, to inform about schools' vacations etc.) is Google Calendar. It's very
easy to be embed in a page or forum, as the given code is in the form of <iframe ... To embed it in
Twispace will be needed:
 A Google account (a gmail account is enough)
 To create the calendar at https://www.google.com/calendar
 To make the arrangements so that all of the partners be able to edit calendar notifications.
It's a very easy process which doesn't take too long to be completed

Login the Google
Calendar site
and create the
calendar of your
project following
the route:
My calendars –
Create Calendar

In the page that
opens, make the
relevant settings
(calendar's
name,
description, local
time). Also adjust
the calendar
editable by
inviting partners
with their email
and then press
the button that
says Create
Calendar

After that, from
the field My
Calendars and
from the little
right arrow on
the name of the
created calendar,
press on the
Calendar
settings

opens, you can
copy the embed
code so as to
paste it into the
desired
Twinspace page
or forum. If you
want to do more
settings, press on
the phrase:
Customize the
color, size, and
other options
In the new tab
that opens, make
your choices and
copy the embed
code

Open the page or
forum of interest
in Twinspace in
html mode …

…and paste the
embed code
from Google
Calendar site

Close the html
mode and, if
everything is
right, the
Google Calendar
is embedded in
your Twinspace
page or forum.
Save and you’re
ready to start to
collaborate.
