Project Description:
ODS is an operational Data Storage system of HUMANA which updates the latest
claims, coverage’s, benefits, accums, etc to ODS database which in turn will be used by
Humana Health Care. We get feeds from various platforms like EM, LV, GB, PR, CB,
etc depending on the type of plan and region. We need to ensure that the correct data is
loaded to ODS.
ODS acts as the bridge between the Source platforms and the Web. It gets the
files related to latest claims, coverage’s, benefits, accums, etc on daily, weekly and
monthly basis. The data is pulled on the web by the end users from the ODS tables.
Problem tickets and Change Orders will be opened to report issues and root cause
analysis which improves the end user experience.

RBS is international banking and financial company, operates in UK, Europe and
Middle East, the Americas and Asia. Under Asset protection scheme, RBS Group has to
divest some part of its Business to new bank, by building an independent technical

4. platform and business operations to support all divesting banking services the 'Rainbow2
platform.
Main Objective is to build separate business and technology operating platform
for the new bank. For technology services support system the new bank versions of these
systems is cloned from the current bank environment to the target bank.
The cloning approach is to take application code and database schema /definition
from source to target. System code libraries and any configuration data associated with
the system code will be transferred between source and target environment.
Project Description:
Due to some EU restrictions, RBS has to divest their business to new bank. Due
to that, RBS is creating exact clone of their applications for new bank and this projects
called Rainbow2(W&G). This involves Extract, Transformation and Load, and cutover
process.
As part of this program, all of those customer details will be migrated to Target
SIT testing. During this process, there is a possibility that the developer can see the
sensitive information of customer (Total 32 attributes are considered as sensitive). To
overcome this situation, Data Masking team need to scramble the data for all the
files/tables(only those have sensitive information) by 3D secure algorithm which are
being migrated to new Bank Environment. Worked mostly in RMP, Fraud platform,
Debit cards renumbering platform.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Developed high level design containing the overview of project and low level
detailed design containing the component level changes using the concept
document.
• Data Store analysis and deciding whether the Data store is Sensitive or Not.
• Coding of the components according to the requirement.
