  4. EARLY LIFE Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California. He was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, a couple from Mountain View, California. His biological parents were Joanne and Abdulfattah Jandali, both graduate students who gave him up for adoption.
