Essay on Me Myself and Personality Traits
Me Myself and Personality Traits When asked to describe myself I never know what to say, but I
should know myself the best, right? I like to look at myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady.
I'm a hard worker; I believe nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I worked hard to
get to this point of my life and working even harder to get to the successful and graduate part of
my life. I care more for some others than I do myself but I have a huge nonchalant attitude. I don't
really show anger or sadness much I always smile because I'm optimistic about life. I look at life as
if something bad comes along, no need to dwell on it you can't take it back so just move–on and
improve what you did wrong if it's possible....show more content...
I was taught to be caring and thoughtful; I wasn't taught anything else from anyone other than not to
trust people. I'm the odd ball of my family because I am nothing like anyone. I can say I was also
taught to believe in myself and never down myself because I can accomplish anything. That is
shown through my determination and hard work because if I didn't believe in myself I wouldn't try
as hard. Last but not all, Humanistic approach sums up my personality a little more than
psychodynamic does because it involves nature vs. nurture and that kind of sums it up just saying
that. Environment and Heredity is kind of the main reasons of my attitudes and actions. In the
article, Time–Limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Briggs conducts different forms of
psychotherapy techniques to prove whether things in an adolescent's life effect different adolescents
differently. His study was a success and proved that many adolescents have different interpretations
on the same issue. He read them off different problems and wanted to see how they would interpret
them. He used children in the age groups of 12–17 and it worked out. I think that the different
approaches can be brought together in some circumstances but in my case it doesn't. My personality
makes more sense coming from the humanistic approach. Briggs, Stephen (2010). Time–Limited

Descriptive Essay About My City
Our town is more home to us than our actual house. We make so much memories around town,
whether it's dining out with the family at a local restaurant or learning how to ride a bike at our
local park to spending our first paycheck at the local mall. Our town is very precious and we often
take for granted, what a privilege it is to live in a place where so much is accessible to us. We
often oversee all the little things our town offers like the stores, the parks, the many street lights
that keep our town well lit, and the well paved roads. Today I will discuss the description of my
town, the people that make up my neighborhood, and the perks of living in Orland Park.
Orland Park is a southwest suburb in Illinois. It is a well known town due to it's many fine dining
restaurants, shopping centers, and great school district. Orland Park is a busy town and to fit the
needs of the people, the busiest street was just remodeled. Lagrange Road was just remodeled and
widened into a three lane road in each direction. According to the Illinois Department of
Transportation website, "The project cost ninety–five million dollars and took three years to
complete." Now there is a brick median in the road that is filled with trees, flowers, and small
bushes. On the southbound side of LaGrange Road there is a walking trail, that is also used as a
biking trail. Most of the shopping centers and buildings all have the same design. The buildings
consist of tan colored bricks and long but narrow

Essay On Who I Am Today
Throughout my senior year, I have had the opportunity to write numerous introspective essays in
a feeble attempt to demonstrate to colleges the most important aspects of my personality. As a
result, today I have opted to take a different focus. Instead of describing solely who I am, I would
like to focus on how I have become who I am today. My beliefs have been shaped and altered on
countless occasions, and I believe it is of the utmost importance to identify the people and events
that have created large impacts on my set of beliefs in order to firmly determine those beliefs.
Growing up on Mercer Island, I have often faced a rigid set of expectations presented to me by my
parents and friends, yet I rarely pause to consider the consequences of blindly following these
expectations. For most of my life, I have identified with characters similar to Ophelia. I have
consistently been a rule–follower and have followed the path laid out for me. Up until this point, I
believe the forced direction has positively influenced my life. I have family, friends, and mentors
who love me and care about my well–being. I live a safe and comfortable life, and I am perfectly
willing to ask for help. However, this guidance can also be stifling. As I try to uncover my most
significant beliefs, I have discovered that so much of my personality is based on others that I hardly
know who I am myself.
Next fall, when I arrive at college in Evanston, Illinois, I can count the number of people

Personal Characteristics Essay
There are many personal characteristics that can affect a person as an individual and his
professional success, namely openness, ability to learn and adapt etc. These personal
characteristics can sometimes make a person successful and sometimes doesn't. As I spend more
and more time as a professional, I perceive that there are few characteristics that are essential for
professional success: namely ambitious, creative and adaptable. These characteristics come out in
many different ways. Have you set your goals? Have you decided the path you have to take to
pursue your goal? What are the sacrifices you can do to achieve your ambition? How much can
you think out of the box to resolve a particular issue or bring new idea to the table? How...show more

This characteristic will motivate me to grow better in my future career as well. I believe that few
people have a strong inner feeling that pushes them to think out of the box to identify as issue and
find the solution. Personally, I always try to find the most creative solution and do not give up until
I get it. Sometime this energy is contagious on to next. I always search for the missing links and
fine–tune my thoughts until I reach a point that works. This creativity has steadily driven my
ambitions through the organization. Today the world is changing so rapidly and the way it has
changed in last few decades, it hasn't changed in last few hundred years. So adaptability has become
the need of the hour. I believe that adaptability is the most important quality of all, particularly if one
is in technology industry. There have been times when this adaptability has changed the
nomenclature of day and night but it has also given me rewards at the appropriate times.
Adaptability, personally, has created a far–reaching international outlook and I was able to spend
time, living outside my country of origin, working for UK retails giants and this stay not only
diversified my work experience but also my cultural experience. It has improved my exposure to
diverse situations with increasing levels of complexity and this exposure has increased my
eagerness for new challenges. It has instigated a feeling in me that there

Descriptive Essay About My Day
My day started like any other day. I woke up at around four A.M. I got out of bed and put one
breakfast packet in the hydrator. I looked around my room, basically the same as the first memory
of the day I woke up in this room. Except there was no calendar on the wall, I no longer had any
need for it. In two months they would leave in the Queen then the number of who remained would
have this planet to themselves. I heard the ringing of the hydrator and knew that my two eggs and
plate of bacon were finished.
I ate in a hurry, just another part of my packed schedule. I opened my unit's door then walked to the
monorail, The Hyves primary form of transportation. Other than walking of course, but that was for

The system scanned it and the doors of the elevator screeched open. I stepped inside and inserted
my identification to a slot next to a screen on the right side of the wall. The screen turned on and
numbered options appeared, I selected the number four followed by the three digits of five six and
seven taking me to the floor of my office.
The work floors, unlike the station, were always bustling with people, especially on my floor.
Partly because the subclass responsible for engineering the Hornet is Calum my subclass and
because of the upcoming launch, which is a Stellarity and Sagery mix.. I proceeded down the hall
with yellow lights casting shadows on the floor. I walked down towards my office with my
briefcase in hand, at the door I took my identification out of my pocket and scanned the door. It
automatically unlocked with a grinding sound. I opened the door to find one of my superior
Stellarities sitting down. Instant fear and questions flooded my mind; what did I do? Do I have to
stay on earth? Did something go wrong with the Hornet?
Ted Flagrant, the man sitting in my office was by guess, in his early sixties. At this point I knew
two things, he was head of administration and he was in my office. He started by congratulating me
on my achievements with the hornet's propulsion thrusters. I thanked him, my nerves eased a little
as I replied "I couldn 't have done it without the rest of my team," "Yes you do seem to work well

Descriptive Essay About Stranger
Muen Wang Hour 6 Mr. Korek Ap Psychology Stranger Paper Strangers are everywhere, some
have even been sharing a class with me all throughout high school so far. Yet, I have never really
bothered to noticed them. However, during the past few days in Ap Psychology, I have observed
someone that's been a stranger to me for years and learned some interesting facts about them as a
person. My stranger, Jake Allen, appears to be very confident in his appearance, athletic,
fashionable, popular, and cares about school. The evidence that backs up this assumption is present
in the clothing he wears, his behavior in class, and through his social media. Many times clothing
becomes a way for teengers to express themselves, especially on the first day...show more content...
First, his social media account is not private, like most other students. Every post he has uploaded
is on display for everyone to see, which shows that Jake is self assured about his social image.
Even though he only has thirty posts, he has three hundred followers. His newest posts received
over one hundred likes and multiple comments. This shows popularity is indeed something he
has, confirming my theory from above. All the pictures look very professional, which reveals
again he greatly cares about the way he presents himself. In one posts, Jake holds a surfboard with
the caption "try something new. you will amaze yourself with what you are capable of", from
this it is implied he has never surfed before. Not only does this post show Jake is alright with
going out of his comfort zone and attempting something brand new, but he is also very athletic.
From last years boys' volleyball JV 1 roster, I found Jake Allen 's name. This shows that he takes
time and keeps himself in shape. By making it into JV 1, it shows he is very dedicated and
responsible. Not only does he practice a lot to maintain his skill level in volleyball, he also had to
balance school work with the sport. His posture in class also revealed many things about him as a
person. Jake Allen is always slouched down and does not move very often, presenting himself as a
very laid back person. Unlike some people who twitch in their seat, he

What Makes A Person Beautiful?
There are many ways to define beauty, but I feel like society plays a huge role in how beauty is
portrayed to women. I believe that society focuses more on what a person looks like than what they
actually do for society. What makes someone beautiful is what they have on the inside and who they
are. Qualities that beautiful people have are: kindness, honesty, respect, confidence, generosity,
positivity, and willingness to help others when they are in need. Society diminishes this ideal by
telling people what is and what is not beautiful. What should make a person beautiful is how they
treat people, their poise, and how they give back to the community.
I feel as though what society puts in the media makes people feel undesirable; as though they are not
accepted in society for meeting the expectations society puts in the media. People such as
BeyoncГ©, or Michelle Obama are viewed as "beautiful" in the American society. Society thinks
women should be skinny, with a perfect smile, tall, long hair, with large assets. Society shouldn 't
only focus on how a person looks, but on the character of that person, and how they treat others
within their family or community. BeyoncГ© stated; "We all have our imperfections. But I 'm
human, and you know, it 's important to concentrate on other qualities besides outer beauty." I feel as
though what BeyoncГ© stated here is that there is so much more to a person than what they look
like. Their contributions, personality, and how they make people

Describe A Homeless Person
He looks out across the bustling city street, shouldering the bag containing his meager possessions
for what seems like the hundredth time; an action that had long ago become habit, comforting in its
familiarity. His expression is one of determination, but his stance is one of utter defeat and loss. It
is clear to all who see him that something is wrong, and yet nobody draws closer, instead simply
walking past without sparing him a second glance. Ultimately, he is just another wanderer on the
streets, and nothing about his appearance is spectacular or eye catching in any way. He is
completely anonymous; blending in with the people hurrying on their way to their destinations,
faces turned towards the ground, or perhaps to their companion in misery.
Not that he minds the seclusion his anonymity gives him. Quite the opposite, in reality; it allows him
to sneak by unnoticed, simply moving with the hustle and bustle instead of fighting against it and
getting tangled up where he doesn't belong. He enjoys the ability to isolate himself, only needing to
nod and maybe utter a hasty apology when he pushes against someone a touch too hard. It's like
swimming, in a way; everyone flowing past him, sometime against, sometimes with. He only had to

building with a hole or a busted out window to slip through, but more often than not he walks all
night to a destination unknown. He doesn't need their help, though, doesn't need anyone's help– he
can stand his own ground, and his year of living off the streets only solidifies his assertions of this

The three things that have made the biggest impact on and have influenced my life that shaped
me into the person I am today are family background, experiences from my school year, and
religious beliefs. Our culture provides a lens through which we view the world and interpret our
everyday experiences. In order to know who I am today, I must look at who you've been. Many
educators around the country are interested in developing a multicultural approach in their teaching.
They find themselves in classrooms with 25 children of varying racial and cultural backgrounds,
and are looking for ways to connect what they do in the classroom to the cultures represented by
their students. Before we can begin to understand others, however, we need to understand ourselves
and what we bring to our interactions with others. Every time we engage with our surroundings we
create an experience both consciously and unconsciously. Our live experiences whether traumatic or
joyful shape who we are over time. An experience that has defined the person I am today is my
journey I went through as a child traveling back and forth from the United States to Mexico as an
undocumented. If a child has an impact when moving into a new house and neighborhood imagine

I Must Describe My Attitude And Behavior
The way that I would describe my attitude and behavior when relating with people is alright in my
opinion I believe that I do not come off as being rude, as being caring, and sincere. The way that I
would describe myself in stressful situations is that I tend to panic right away instead of stopping
and thinking what should I do to resolve this problem. Instead of panicking and stressing out right
away maybe I should ask the other person what I should do or what they would do. Non– Verbal
Behavior : I would describe the messages that my nonverbal behavior send is that I act very
approachable to others, people always tell me that I am always happy and smiling, and that
whenever people see me I am always smiling. Listening skills: The way that I would describe
myself when listening to others is first I let them speak to get their whole point across. I
sometimes interrupt, and I also ask questions, as well as pay close attention to what the person is
saying but I also tend to dose off somewhere else, and I do get easily distracted by noises, or other
conversations. I sometimes tend to connect to my own experiences but, often take the focus off
the other person and go on and on. I would describe myself as being warm to people, but young
people my age find me less approachable, because of my lack of confidence. But older people
children find me very approachable, kind, and warm that is because I am more confident with that
age group. Some people have told me that my face

Describe Myself As A Student
Describe yourself as a student and also your aspirations for the future. Please include examples from
your personal academic and non–academic experiences.
A sophomore at Downtown Magnets High School, I demonstrate passion in my education, ambition
in fulfilling my personal and academic goals, and am an explorative student. My passion for learning
is the result of my mindset, in that aside from finding education a necessity, it is enjoyable,
challenging, and beneficial in fulfilling my future aspirations. For example, I find my Honors
Advanced Mathematics class my most unique course. It builds upon my ability to critically think,
present data or information, and understand higher–level math at a rapid pace. In particular, it is the
ability to solve real–world situations and the underlying mystery mathematicians have yet to solve
that intrigues me to continue learning. The class expects much of me, but I am aware that it is
preparing me for college– and university–level math while providing me with the skills to pursue a
career in Architectural/ Structural Engineering. Ambitious, I set objectives for myself and arrange to
accomplish and excel in the process. For instance, I participated in my middle school's academic
decathlon with a chance to represent my school in the mathematics single–subject exam. In doing so,
I attempted to score a near perfect to perfect score. While the competition did not end the way I
expected, I successfully gained a flawless score on the questions

My Personal Identity Essay
A person's identity is shaped by many different aspects. Family, culture, friends, personal interests
and surrounding environments are all factors that tend to help shape a person's identity. Some
factors may have more of an influence than others and some may not have any influence at all. As a
person grows up in a family, they are influenced by many aspects of their life. Family and culture
may influence a person's sense of responsibilities, ethics and morals, tastes in music, humor and
sports, and many other aspects of life. Friends and surrounding environments may influence a

Society has had a limited impact on my lifestyle, mostly because I despise trends. The largest trends
I despise are rap and hip–hop and the clothing, attitudes, and type of speech that that type of 'music'
is breeding. I chose to steer away from that crowd, but it may also be because I live my life off of
adrenaline. My high on life is the energy I have when I get my blood pumping, my heart
pounding, and my adrenaline raging. Most aspects of my individuality reflect that very well. I
love hard, aggressive music, and also guns, but my passion in life is extreme sports, whether it be
on a dirt bike, a bmx bike, a snowmobile, or a snowboard. I have a strong set of morals and ethics
that I have partly adopted from my parents, but some are also partly my own. My morals mostly
consist of karma (being kind, caring, helpful, truthful, and considerate to others), not littering
(especially in nature), respecting nature, keeping a clean and welcoming home, success that is
measured with happiness and not possessions, and having strong family ties. I feel that I am very
strongly rounded individual who is going to go far in life. Many people would agree with that,
although some people just think that I am an absolutely crazy person who has a death wish and will
not go anywhere but to the hospital or the morgue. Educational experiences also tend to influence a
person's identity. I have not had too many educational

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
My best friend, I remember it was the first days of my senior year when I met my him, we had
1st, 3rd and 7th hour together. I saw him since the first day but I didn't talk to him at all, so after a
couple days in school he sat next to me, and I was like "He seems nice, I'm going to talk to him"
so I did, I remember he had a bracelet on his hand, and say "that's a nice bracelet" he looked at me
really bad like I was bothering him and he just say "thank you" and he moved his hand away, I
was so sad because I felt like he didn't liked me, so I didn't talk to him, I was like that's what I get
for trying to be nice. After a couple weeks he kept seating next to me, one day he started talking to
me and out of nowhere we became friends, he had so many things in common, the type of music we
listen, he has a great sense of humor, I just loved his personality. But he say that's not how things
happen, at least that's how I remember them.
I truly believe it was because of proximity that we became friends, because we interact with each
other, and after the first thirty minutes of talking to him, I felt so comfortable talking with him, if
he had never sat next to me probably I wouldn't met him. Approach behaviors played a big role in our
friendship because I saw that he was interested on getting to know me and I was so interested on him
too, after spend weeks getting information about him, his background and his interest, I considered
him my truthly friend and I can be myself around him.

Descriptive Essay About A Hero
When talking about a hero, some people might think of a veteran, a fire fighter, or even
superman. The definition of the word "hero" varies between different people; however, my
definition of a hero is someone who is selfless, brave, and strong. Someone who doesn't runaway
when things get hard, who gives their all just for the wellbeing of others regardless of the strain it
puts on themselves. When thinking of the word "hero" the only person who comes to my mind
is my cousin Cassy. Cassy fits my own personal description of a hero; she is selfless, brave, and
strong. She doesn't run away when things get tough and most importantly, she looks out for
others no matter what the situation is. What is a hero to you? On September 24th of 2017, my
parents, along with my sister and I, walked into my grandma's house around three o'clock in the
afternoon. My aunt Patty had told us she had very important news for us to hear that evening. As
we sat down in the living room of my grandma's small condo, everybody looked at one another
awkwardly waiting for someone to speak first. My mom started the conversation by asking how
long my aunt was going to be in town. My aunt slightly teared up as she tried to spit out her

Who I Am As A Person
I have a detailed past and an exciting future ahead, but in this moment I am still figuring out who I
am as a person. My view of myself may be slightly skewed compared to what others notice. I can
gain a general sense of which I am today by using the characteristic assessments previously taken,
and how others view me. Using these two resources I find myself, in this fragment of my life, to
be Achievement oriented, introverted, and empathetic. In both the Emotional and Social
Competency Inventory and the Values assessment my top characteristic is being achievement
oriented. I agree with this assessment of my self strongly. Within the last few years especially I
have found myself more motivated to achieve than before. Currently I attempt to go above and
beyond to construct everything perfectly. My artistic side obsesses over minute details and the
academic focused side of me pushes me to my limits to earn favorable grades and understand
concepts. Although my perfectionism, driven by my need to achieve can hinder some aspects of
my life, such as fostering my lack of sleep or provoking unnecessary anxiety, I am thankful that I
currently have such a strong desire to be successful. I am often stretched too thin and always
pursuing more than I can handle. Some may say that this leads to an inadequate job done in each
task, but for me staying busy and always having something to do fuels me to accomplish everything
to the best of my ability. My time is currently occupied with

point, are my mother and my best friend Mary Barnett. My mother has always been at my side
since day one and she has never failed to help me through any tough situation. She taught me the
way the world works and encouraged me to chase my dreams. I owe my mother more than anyone
else. However, my best friend Mary Barnett has also been by my side for about 8 years now. She has
gotten me over the heartbreaks of losing friends to the death of my grandfather. No one can make
me feel as safe and secure as her. I owe her for teaching me to be kind to everyone even if no one is
kind to me. Both of these women have shaped my beliefs and the way I see the world.
Subsequently, there are many places, much like people, who have shaped the person I am. Theplace
I have spent the last 8 years was a unbelievably small town in Indiana. With a population nearly a
third of that of Cocoa Beach. One place that my best friend and I always went was this tiny park
directly in the center of town. The park was not much but we had so many late night talks and get to
know each other conversations at this park that it felt somehow important. Going to this tiny park
became impacting and I knew that every time we were supposed to meet, it would be at that park.
Places have a way of becoming important when you have more than one experience there. For me,
nothing is more important than that park.
Similarly, there are several events that have occurred in my life that made me into the person I am
today. Those events are huge moments in my life that either affected me in a negative or positive
way. Meeting my best friend was a huge event to me. I remember every detail on the day I met her

Essay Describing A Person

  • 1. Essay on Me Myself and Personality Traits Me Myself and Personality Traits When asked to describe myself I never know what to say, but I should know myself the best, right? I like to look at myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady. I'm a hard worker; I believe nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I worked hard to get to this point of my life and working even harder to get to the successful and graduate part of my life. I care more for some others than I do myself but I have a huge nonchalant attitude. I don't really show anger or sadness much I always smile because I'm optimistic about life. I look at life as if something bad comes along, no need to dwell on it you can't take it back so just move–on and improve what you did wrong if it's possible....show more content... I was taught to be caring and thoughtful; I wasn't taught anything else from anyone other than not to trust people. I'm the odd ball of my family because I am nothing like anyone. I can say I was also taught to believe in myself and never down myself because I can accomplish anything. That is shown through my determination and hard work because if I didn't believe in myself I wouldn't try as hard. Last but not all, Humanistic approach sums up my personality a little more than psychodynamic does because it involves nature vs. nurture and that kind of sums it up just saying that. Environment and Heredity is kind of the main reasons of my attitudes and actions. In the article, Time–Limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Briggs conducts different forms of psychotherapy techniques to prove whether things in an adolescent's life effect different adolescents differently. His study was a success and proved that many adolescents have different interpretations on the same issue. He read them off different problems and wanted to see how they would interpret them. He used children in the age groups of 12–17 and it worked out. I think that the different approaches can be brought together in some circumstances but in my case it doesn't. My personality makes more sense coming from the humanistic approach. Briggs, Stephen (2010). Time–Limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for Adolescents and Young Adults. • 2. Descriptive Essay About My City Our town is more home to us than our actual house. We make so much memories around town, whether it's dining out with the family at a local restaurant or learning how to ride a bike at our local park to spending our first paycheck at the local mall. Our town is very precious and we often take for granted, what a privilege it is to live in a place where so much is accessible to us. We often oversee all the little things our town offers like the stores, the parks, the many street lights that keep our town well lit, and the well paved roads. Today I will discuss the description of my town, the people that make up my neighborhood, and the perks of living in Orland Park. Orland Park is a southwest suburb in Illinois. It is a well known town due to it's many fine dining restaurants, shopping centers, and great school district. Orland Park is a busy town and to fit the needs of the people, the busiest street was just remodeled. Lagrange Road was just remodeled and widened into a three lane road in each direction. According to the Illinois Department of Transportation website, "The project cost ninety–five million dollars and took three years to complete." Now there is a brick median in the road that is filled with trees, flowers, and small bushes. On the southbound side of LaGrange Road there is a walking trail, that is also used as a biking trail. Most of the shopping centers and buildings all have the same design. The buildings consist of tan colored bricks and long but narrow Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. Essay On Who I Am Today Throughout my senior year, I have had the opportunity to write numerous introspective essays in a feeble attempt to demonstrate to colleges the most important aspects of my personality. As a result, today I have opted to take a different focus. Instead of describing solely who I am, I would like to focus on how I have become who I am today. My beliefs have been shaped and altered on countless occasions, and I believe it is of the utmost importance to identify the people and events that have created large impacts on my set of beliefs in order to firmly determine those beliefs. Growing up on Mercer Island, I have often faced a rigid set of expectations presented to me by my parents and friends, yet I rarely pause to consider the consequences of blindly following these expectations. For most of my life, I have identified with characters similar to Ophelia. I have consistently been a rule–follower and have followed the path laid out for me. Up until this point, I believe the forced direction has positively influenced my life. I have family, friends, and mentors who love me and care about my well–being. I live a safe and comfortable life, and I am perfectly willing to ask for help. However, this guidance can also be stifling. As I try to uncover my most significant beliefs, I have discovered that so much of my personality is based on others that I hardly know who I am myself. Next fall, when I arrive at college in Evanston, Illinois, I can count the number of people Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 4. Personal Characteristics Essay There are many personal characteristics that can affect a person as an individual and his professional success, namely openness, ability to learn and adapt etc. These personal characteristics can sometimes make a person successful and sometimes doesn't. As I spend more and more time as a professional, I perceive that there are few characteristics that are essential for professional success: namely ambitious, creative and adaptable. These characteristics come out in many different ways. Have you set your goals? Have you decided the path you have to take to pursue your goal? What are the sacrifices you can do to achieve your ambition? How much can you think out of the box to resolve a particular issue or bring new idea to the table? How...show more content... This characteristic will motivate me to grow better in my future career as well. I believe that few people have a strong inner feeling that pushes them to think out of the box to identify as issue and find the solution. Personally, I always try to find the most creative solution and do not give up until I get it. Sometime this energy is contagious on to next. I always search for the missing links and fine–tune my thoughts until I reach a point that works. This creativity has steadily driven my ambitions through the organization. Today the world is changing so rapidly and the way it has changed in last few decades, it hasn't changed in last few hundred years. So adaptability has become the need of the hour. I believe that adaptability is the most important quality of all, particularly if one is in technology industry. There have been times when this adaptability has changed the nomenclature of day and night but it has also given me rewards at the appropriate times. Adaptability, personally, has created a far–reaching international outlook and I was able to spend time, living outside my country of origin, working for UK retails giants and this stay not only diversified my work experience but also my cultural experience. It has improved my exposure to diverse situations with increasing levels of complexity and this exposure has increased my eagerness for new challenges. It has instigated a feeling in me that there Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Descriptive Essay About My Day My day started like any other day. I woke up at around four A.M. I got out of bed and put one breakfast packet in the hydrator. I looked around my room, basically the same as the first memory of the day I woke up in this room. Except there was no calendar on the wall, I no longer had any need for it. In two months they would leave in the Queen then the number of who remained would have this planet to themselves. I heard the ringing of the hydrator and knew that my two eggs and plate of bacon were finished. I ate in a hurry, just another part of my packed schedule. I opened my unit's door then walked to the monorail, The Hyves primary form of transportation. Other than walking of course, but that was for puny Sedulity and Senewity, not...show more content... The system scanned it and the doors of the elevator screeched open. I stepped inside and inserted my identification to a slot next to a screen on the right side of the wall. The screen turned on and numbered options appeared, I selected the number four followed by the three digits of five six and seven taking me to the floor of my office. The work floors, unlike the station, were always bustling with people, especially on my floor. Partly because the subclass responsible for engineering the Hornet is Calum my subclass and because of the upcoming launch, which is a Stellarity and Sagery mix.. I proceeded down the hall with yellow lights casting shadows on the floor. I walked down towards my office with my briefcase in hand, at the door I took my identification out of my pocket and scanned the door. It automatically unlocked with a grinding sound. I opened the door to find one of my superior Stellarities sitting down. Instant fear and questions flooded my mind; what did I do? Do I have to stay on earth? Did something go wrong with the Hornet? Ted Flagrant, the man sitting in my office was by guess, in his early sixties. At this point I knew two things, he was head of administration and he was in my office. He started by congratulating me on my achievements with the hornet's propulsion thrusters. I thanked him, my nerves eased a little as I replied "I couldn 't have done it without the rest of my team," "Yes you do seem to work well with Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. Descriptive Essay About Stranger Muen Wang Hour 6 Mr. Korek Ap Psychology Stranger Paper Strangers are everywhere, some have even been sharing a class with me all throughout high school so far. Yet, I have never really bothered to noticed them. However, during the past few days in Ap Psychology, I have observed someone that's been a stranger to me for years and learned some interesting facts about them as a person. My stranger, Jake Allen, appears to be very confident in his appearance, athletic, fashionable, popular, and cares about school. The evidence that backs up this assumption is present in the clothing he wears, his behavior in class, and through his social media. Many times clothing becomes a way for teengers to express themselves, especially on the first day...show more content... First, his social media account is not private, like most other students. Every post he has uploaded is on display for everyone to see, which shows that Jake is self assured about his social image. Even though he only has thirty posts, he has three hundred followers. His newest posts received over one hundred likes and multiple comments. This shows popularity is indeed something he has, confirming my theory from above. All the pictures look very professional, which reveals again he greatly cares about the way he presents himself. In one posts, Jake holds a surfboard with the caption "try something new. you will amaze yourself with what you are capable of", from this it is implied he has never surfed before. Not only does this post show Jake is alright with going out of his comfort zone and attempting something brand new, but he is also very athletic. From last years boys' volleyball JV 1 roster, I found Jake Allen 's name. This shows that he takes time and keeps himself in shape. By making it into JV 1, it shows he is very dedicated and responsible. Not only does he practice a lot to maintain his skill level in volleyball, he also had to balance school work with the sport. His posture in class also revealed many things about him as a person. Jake Allen is always slouched down and does not move very often, presenting himself as a very laid back person. Unlike some people who twitch in their seat, he Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. What Makes A Person Beautiful? There are many ways to define beauty, but I feel like society plays a huge role in how beauty is portrayed to women. I believe that society focuses more on what a person looks like than what they actually do for society. What makes someone beautiful is what they have on the inside and who they are. Qualities that beautiful people have are: kindness, honesty, respect, confidence, generosity, positivity, and willingness to help others when they are in need. Society diminishes this ideal by telling people what is and what is not beautiful. What should make a person beautiful is how they treat people, their poise, and how they give back to the community. I feel as though what society puts in the media makes people feel undesirable; as though they are not accepted in society for meeting the expectations society puts in the media. People such as BeyoncГ©, or Michelle Obama are viewed as "beautiful" in the American society. Society thinks women should be skinny, with a perfect smile, tall, long hair, with large assets. Society shouldn 't only focus on how a person looks, but on the character of that person, and how they treat others within their family or community. BeyoncГ© stated; "We all have our imperfections. But I 'm human, and you know, it 's important to concentrate on other qualities besides outer beauty." I feel as though what BeyoncГ© stated here is that there is so much more to a person than what they look like. Their contributions, personality, and how they make people Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Write out a brief narrative of your friend describing you to someone. From the point of view of my dear friend Tanisha W. Lacresha and I have been friends for over 10 years! She is not my friend however a non–biological sister, my sister from another mother. She is kind, generous and humorous. Outside of being kind and someone I can laugh with and at sometimes пЃЉ she is dependable and inspiring. I stood still trying to understand how a Moroccan boy around 9 who primarily speaks Arabic even new such a derogatory term. It was defiantly a test of my strength. • 9. Describe A Homeless Person He looks out across the bustling city street, shouldering the bag containing his meager possessions for what seems like the hundredth time; an action that had long ago become habit, comforting in its familiarity. His expression is one of determination, but his stance is one of utter defeat and loss. It is clear to all who see him that something is wrong, and yet nobody draws closer, instead simply walking past without sparing him a second glance. Ultimately, he is just another wanderer on the streets, and nothing about his appearance is spectacular or eye catching in any way. He is completely anonymous; blending in with the people hurrying on their way to their destinations, faces turned towards the ground, or perhaps to their companion in misery. Not that he minds the seclusion his anonymity gives him. Quite the opposite, in reality; it allows him to sneak by unnoticed, simply moving with the hustle and bustle instead of fighting against it and getting tangled up where he doesn't belong. He enjoys the ability to isolate himself, only needing to nod and maybe utter a hasty apology when he pushes against someone a touch too hard. It's like swimming, in a way; everyone flowing past him, sometime against, sometimes with. He only had to find the proper position, the proper mindset, and he would be moving with the current...show more content... No one to help him, to hold him close and say "it will all be okay, you're safe now." He is his own comforter, his own caretaker, his own keeper. It is hard, at times; especially when his only refuge is the minimal shelter sleeping in someone's backyard gives. If he is lucky, he can find an abandoned building with a hole or a busted out window to slip through, but more often than not he walks all night to a destination unknown. He doesn't need their help, though, doesn't need anyone's help– he can stand his own ground, and his year of living off the streets only solidifies his assertions of this fact upon Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 10. The three things that have made the biggest impact on and have influenced my life that shaped me into the person I am today are family background, experiences from my school year, and religious beliefs. Our culture provides a lens through which we view the world and interpret our everyday experiences. In order to know who I am today, I must look at who you've been. Many educators around the country are interested in developing a multicultural approach in their teaching. They find themselves in classrooms with 25 children of varying racial and cultural backgrounds, and are looking for ways to connect what they do in the classroom to the cultures represented by their students. Before we can begin to understand others, however, we need to understand ourselves and what we bring to our interactions with others. Every time we engage with our surroundings we create an experience both consciously and unconsciously. Our live experiences whether traumatic or joyful shape who we are over time. An experience that has defined the person I am today is my journey I went through as a child traveling back and forth from the United States to Mexico as an undocumented. If a child has an impact when moving into a new house and neighborhood imagine countries. I was brought to the United States when I was two years old. When you are a baby I guess is not that great of a deal you don 't remember much. However, when you start going to school and you are already half way through first grade, Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 11. I Must Describe My Attitude And Behavior The way that I would describe my attitude and behavior when relating with people is alright in my opinion I believe that I do not come off as being rude, as being caring, and sincere. The way that I would describe myself in stressful situations is that I tend to panic right away instead of stopping and thinking what should I do to resolve this problem. Instead of panicking and stressing out right away maybe I should ask the other person what I should do or what they would do. Non– Verbal Behavior : I would describe the messages that my nonverbal behavior send is that I act very approachable to others, people always tell me that I am always happy and smiling, and that whenever people see me I am always smiling. Listening skills: The way that I would describe myself when listening to others is first I let them speak to get their whole point across. I sometimes interrupt, and I also ask questions, as well as pay close attention to what the person is saying but I also tend to dose off somewhere else, and I do get easily distracted by noises, or other conversations. I sometimes tend to connect to my own experiences but, often take the focus off the other person and go on and on. I would describe myself as being warm to people, but young people my age find me less approachable, because of my lack of confidence. But older people children find me very approachable, kind, and warm that is because I am more confident with that age group. Some people have told me that my face Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 12. Describe Myself As A Student Describe yourself as a student and also your aspirations for the future. Please include examples from your personal academic and non–academic experiences. A sophomore at Downtown Magnets High School, I demonstrate passion in my education, ambition in fulfilling my personal and academic goals, and am an explorative student. My passion for learning is the result of my mindset, in that aside from finding education a necessity, it is enjoyable, challenging, and beneficial in fulfilling my future aspirations. For example, I find my Honors Advanced Mathematics class my most unique course. It builds upon my ability to critically think, present data or information, and understand higher–level math at a rapid pace. In particular, it is the ability to solve real–world situations and the underlying mystery mathematicians have yet to solve that intrigues me to continue learning. The class expects much of me, but I am aware that it is preparing me for college– and university–level math while providing me with the skills to pursue a career in Architectural/ Structural Engineering. Ambitious, I set objectives for myself and arrange to accomplish and excel in the process. For instance, I participated in my middle school's academic decathlon with a chance to represent my school in the mathematics single–subject exam. In doing so, I attempted to score a near perfect to perfect score. While the competition did not end the way I expected, I successfully gained a flawless score on the questions Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 13. My Personal Identity Essay A person's identity is shaped by many different aspects. Family, culture, friends, personal interests and surrounding environments are all factors that tend to help shape a person's identity. Some factors may have more of an influence than others and some may not have any influence at all. As a person grows up in a family, they are influenced by many aspects of their life. Family and culture may influence a person's sense of responsibilities, ethics and morals, tastes in music, humor and sports, and many other aspects of life. Friends and surrounding environments may influence a person's taste in clothing, music, speech, and social activities. Personal interests are what truly set individuals apart. An individual is not a puppet...show more content... Society has had a limited impact on my lifestyle, mostly because I despise trends. The largest trends I despise are rap and hip–hop and the clothing, attitudes, and type of speech that that type of 'music' is breeding. I chose to steer away from that crowd, but it may also be because I live my life off of adrenaline. My high on life is the energy I have when I get my blood pumping, my heart pounding, and my adrenaline raging. Most aspects of my individuality reflect that very well. I love hard, aggressive music, and also guns, but my passion in life is extreme sports, whether it be on a dirt bike, a bmx bike, a snowmobile, or a snowboard. I have a strong set of morals and ethics that I have partly adopted from my parents, but some are also partly my own. My morals mostly consist of karma (being kind, caring, helpful, truthful, and considerate to others), not littering (especially in nature), respecting nature, keeping a clean and welcoming home, success that is measured with happiness and not possessions, and having strong family ties. I feel that I am very strongly rounded individual who is going to go far in life. Many people would agree with that, although some people just think that I am an absolutely crazy person who has a death wish and will not go anywhere but to the hospital or the morgue. Educational experiences also tend to influence a person's identity. I have not had too many educational Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 14. Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend My best friend, I remember it was the first days of my senior year when I met my him, we had 1st, 3rd and 7th hour together. I saw him since the first day but I didn't talk to him at all, so after a couple days in school he sat next to me, and I was like "He seems nice, I'm going to talk to him" so I did, I remember he had a bracelet on his hand, and say "that's a nice bracelet" he looked at me really bad like I was bothering him and he just say "thank you" and he moved his hand away, I was so sad because I felt like he didn't liked me, so I didn't talk to him, I was like that's what I get for trying to be nice. After a couple weeks he kept seating next to me, one day he started talking to me and out of nowhere we became friends, he had so many things in common, the type of music we listen, he has a great sense of humor, I just loved his personality. But he say that's not how things happen, at least that's how I remember them. I truly believe it was because of proximity that we became friends, because we interact with each other, and after the first thirty minutes of talking to him, I felt so comfortable talking with him, if he had never sat next to me probably I wouldn't met him. Approach behaviors played a big role in our friendship because I saw that he was interested on getting to know me and I was so interested on him too, after spend weeks getting information about him, his background and his interest, I considered him my truthly friend and I can be myself around him. • 15. Descriptive Essay About A Hero When talking about a hero, some people might think of a veteran, a fire fighter, or even superman. The definition of the word "hero" varies between different people; however, my definition of a hero is someone who is selfless, brave, and strong. Someone who doesn't runaway when things get hard, who gives their all just for the wellbeing of others regardless of the strain it puts on themselves. When thinking of the word "hero" the only person who comes to my mind is my cousin Cassy. Cassy fits my own personal description of a hero; she is selfless, brave, and strong. She doesn't run away when things get tough and most importantly, she looks out for others no matter what the situation is. What is a hero to you? On September 24th of 2017, my parents, along with my sister and I, walked into my grandma's house around three o'clock in the afternoon. My aunt Patty had told us she had very important news for us to hear that evening. As we sat down in the living room of my grandma's small condo, everybody looked at one another awkwardly waiting for someone to speak first. My mom started the conversation by asking how long my aunt was going to be in town. My aunt slightly teared up as she tried to spit out her response. She began to tell us that she was actually moving back home to Fargo from the farm place her and her boyfriend lived at near Devils Lake. My aunt started to stutter after a while and then finally blurted out the sentence that nobody ever wants to hear come from a loved Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 16. Descriptive Paragraph About My Family My mom's name is Lisa and she was a PTA but is now a stay at home mom. My dad's name is Luis and he was a chemical and nuclear engineer, but now owns his own business. I have 3 sisters: Angie, Silencia, and Mahalia. I also have 3 brothers: Matthias, Geminiah, and Elshaddai. Angie works with my dad to eventually take over the family business. The rest of my siblings are in school except for Elshaddai who is only 3. My family expects me to be a good example to my younger siblings and encourage them. To do this they also expect me to do well in school and in athletics. My mom is a very outgoing, loud, and energetic person. My dad is also very outgoing and loud, but he has more of a serious side to him. Angie is really fun, but she also has a more relaxed personality. Mahalia is very loud, active, and argumentative. Silencia is the most soft–spoken and relaxed out of everyone. Matthias is very outgoing, loud, and active. Geminiah and Elshaddai are both loud and very active. I have good relationships with everyone in my family. I do have small disagreements with my siblings sometimes, but we all love each other a lot. I had a very unusual childhood, but it was still fun. My childhood was unusual because it involved a lot of training but that's what we did together as a family, and growing up I had friends that did the same thing and we all enjoyed it. In grade school I competed in a lot of powerlifting meets and got to travel all over the country to break world records. I missed Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 17. Descriptive Essay About My Mother No matter how hard life gets for me and how chaotic things can become there has always been one person that I can turn to, my mom. She's been a wealth of advice to call on when I'm clueless and a shoulder to cry on when I'm down. Her compassion for others inspires me to be a better person as does the guidance she has given me over the years. She's not afraid to give me a reality check and to tell me the things I don't want to hear even though I need to. She keeps me grounded and teaches me to appreciate the smaller things in life. Even though my dad was still involved in my life after my parents split up it was my mother who I primarily lived with and it was her who had the greatest influence on my life growing up. Anyone who has known my...show more content... Heaven help you if you do anything to endanger her family. My mom also does not go soft on her kids; she can be a formidable disciplinarian when she wants to and will not hesitate to set us straight when we broke the rules. She won't let anybody walk over her and is really quick to anger if you try. My mother is strong–willed and stubborn; when she sets her mind to something almost nothing will stop her and what an impossible feat it is to change her mind on something. She is very impatient; when she wants something done she wants it done at this very moment, no later. She is idealistic and she enjoys the simpler things that life has to offer. She loves nature and would love nothing more than to be living in a cabin in the mountains while listening to country music. She does not pay much attention to news happening outside her local area and prefers to focus on what's happening in her immediate area. From my mother I have learned how to be the person that I am today. Through her I have learned the importance of family and that it is paramount to spend time with them while I still have it. Even now I try to spend time with my family when I have the opportunity to. Form her I have learned compassion for those around me and for animals. Even Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 18. Who I Am As A Person I have a detailed past and an exciting future ahead, but in this moment I am still figuring out who I am as a person. My view of myself may be slightly skewed compared to what others notice. I can gain a general sense of which I am today by using the characteristic assessments previously taken, and how others view me. Using these two resources I find myself, in this fragment of my life, to be Achievement oriented, introverted, and empathetic. In both the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and the Values assessment my top characteristic is being achievement oriented. I agree with this assessment of my self strongly. Within the last few years especially I have found myself more motivated to achieve than before. Currently I attempt to go above and beyond to construct everything perfectly. My artistic side obsesses over minute details and the academic focused side of me pushes me to my limits to earn favorable grades and understand concepts. Although my perfectionism, driven by my need to achieve can hinder some aspects of my life, such as fostering my lack of sleep or provoking unnecessary anxiety, I am thankful that I currently have such a strong desire to be successful. I am often stretched too thin and always pursuing more than I can handle. Some may say that this leads to an inadequate job done in each task, but for me staying busy and always having something to do fuels me to accomplish everything to the best of my ability. My time is currently occupied with Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 19. Descriptive Essay About Myself I find it extremely tough to talk about myself and my personal traits. In order for me to dIscuss who I am in an accurate manner then I must provide some basic background information on myself and talk about the Environment I grew up in. This way people can get a better understanding of why I am the way I am. My Background is so essential In making me myself because If I had been born under any different circumstances or grew up any differently I would be a different person than I am today. I was born inAberdeen Scotland but raised in Fort Bend County Texas. Aberdeen and Fort Bend both have great opportunities but differ in many ways. One way in which they differ is that Fort Bend is very culturally diverse while in Aberdeen most of...show more content... Her family communicates to one another using spanish or sometimes english. I have always grown up in a family that speaks only english so I find it interesting to go over to other people's houses and hear them communicating in another language. On top of all of this meeting different people has also opened my mind to new ideas. For example, in school when we work in group projects we collaborate and communicate with people who think differently than us then work together to figure out whose ideas will work the best and how to improve them. Another factor that plays a part in why I am shaped how I am is my family's economic circumstances. I have always had access to anything I needed and for that I have extreme gratitude because I know some people have a lot of difficulty in life. Since I was born into a family with such good economic circumstances I have been lucky to have lots of opportunities. One Opportunity I had as a child was participating in taekwondo. I did taekwondo until I reached a blackbelt which took years of hardwork and dedication. I had to memorize forms, Spar with other competitors and break boards in order to continue to move up to the next level. Taekwondo also helped keep me in good shape and fit when I was younger. Another Opportunity I am grateful for is the skill of playing the piano. At first I was not all that enthusiastic about playing it but my parents has signed me up and insisted I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 20. Who I Describe A Person Am I? What type of person am I? Honestly that can be a difficult question to address. The person I am is understanding and kind. However, it can be very difficult to always be that person. People are constantly changing and adapting to the new situations they face. I have been through both exuberant and tragic events and they have both shaped the person I am today but I am always changing. I like to believe I am the kind of person anyone can go to if they need help. To begin with, some of the most important people in my life, those who have gotten me to this point, are my mother and my best friend Mary Barnett. My mother has always been at my side since day one and she has never failed to help me through any tough situation. She taught me the way the world works and encouraged me to chase my dreams. I owe my mother more than anyone else. However, my best friend Mary Barnett has also been by my side for about 8 years now. She has gotten me over the heartbreaks of losing friends to the death of my grandfather. No one can make me feel as safe and secure as her. I owe her for teaching me to be kind to everyone even if no one is kind to me. Both of these women have shaped my beliefs and the way I see the world. Subsequently, there are many places, much like people, who have shaped the person I am. Theplace I have spent the last 8 years was a unbelievably small town in Indiana. With a population nearly a third of that of Cocoa Beach. One place that my best friend and I always went was this tiny park directly in the center of town. The park was not much but we had so many late night talks and get to know each other conversations at this park that it felt somehow important. Going to this tiny park became impacting and I knew that every time we were supposed to meet, it would be at that park. Places have a way of becoming important when you have more than one experience there. For me, nothing is more important than that park. Similarly, there are several events that have occurred in my life that made me into the person I am today. Those events are huge moments in my life that either affected me in a negative or positive way. Meeting my best friend was a huge event to me. I remember every detail on the day I met her and Get more content on HelpWriting.net
