1. All pavers remain the sole property of The Prince of Wales Hospice
2. Celebration Pavers are laid in the Hospice gardens. The garden is intended to
be a pleasant and happy area therefore dates or strongly memorial
messages cannot be accepted. The Prince of Wales Hospice reserves the
right to approve all lettering and to refuse any application considered
unsuitable. In such cases, The Prince of Wales Hospice has no obligation to
cite reason.
3. The Prince of Wales Hospice will have complete control over the location and
installation date of the pavers.
4. The Prince of Wales Hospice guarantees to maintain the pavers for a
minimum of 10 years. The Prince of Wales Hospice reserves the right to
move or relocate the pavers without liability.
5. Although of excellent quality and designed to last, pavers may become worn
or damaged over time owing to natural causes. No liability can be accepted
for this by The Prince of Wales Hospice.
6. Any amendments to the inscription provided on the order form must be made
within seven days of the receipt of the Certificate, thereafter The Prince of
Wales Hospice accept no responsibility for change inscriptions. All text will be
automatically centred.
