2. Rationale of the study:
The problem is high labour turnover among
skilled workers. The company has now
decided to initate a study to learn the reasons
behind this malady.

To understand the grievances of skilled workers

5. Research methodology
• Population or universe Any aggregate from
which data is collected
• Population is about 300 workers of Dignity
Innovation, in which 220 were women and 80
male workers
• Sample size- 50
• Sampling techniques- Simple Random
sampling techniques
• Tools for data collection: Questionnaire
(primary)
6. Data analysis and interpretation
• Analysis of data is done by mathematical
analyse
7. Findings:
• According to the study, it is understood labour
turnover as workers leaving the present company
and take up a new job if the job offers better salary
and benefits than the current one. If it also provides
training opportunities. It noted that some workers
have left their jobs in dignity innovations due to the
delay in the issuing of salary
• The study revealed that dignity innovation has been
experiencing mainly voluntary form of labour
turnover. Since most of the respondents are women,
they left due to relocation because of marriage.
8. Suggestions
• The management of Dignity Innovation should
review its pay package, fringe benefits and
opportunities for growth in order to retain its
workforce.
• The management can employ married women
which will avoid labour turnover because of
relocation due to marriage
