History Part Deux<br />The Cambridge Rules were the first set of known rules drawn up in 1848.<br />The Cambridge rules, if you couldn’t tell by their name, were written at Trinity College in Cambridge.<br />The first international match took place in 1872 between England and Scotland, it ended in a 1-1 draw. <br />Image labeled public domain according to wikipedia.org<br />
  5. 5. How to Play <br /><ul><li>Regularly played on a grassy field that is 120 yards long and 75 yards wide.
  6. 6. Centered on each endline is a goal which is 8 yards wide and 8 feet tall.
  7. 7. A team consists of 11 players (1 goalie and 10 outfield players)
  8. 8. Plays two continuous 45 minute periods.
