Also makes easier to create group distribution lists.

Good for: preparing to send messages to customer
groups, contact roles
(sales, recruiters, technicians, accounting, etc.) without
having to send the same message individually to each
person.

3. Creating New Contact
Steps:
Click on Contacts, then New Contact.
Enter as much or as little information as you have or
need. Minimum guideline is name, company, and
email.
Enter comments in Notes that may be helpful if you
don’t contact individual often – such as reference
account number or equipment model number when
calling – XR1234, equip model 100pbi
Click Save & Close.

4. Creating group distribution list
Steps:
Click on Contacts, then New Contact Group.
Contact Group window appears. In Name field, enter your
name for this group, such as Marketing Mailing List, or NW
Sales Contacts, or Event Attendees, etc.
Click on Add Members, and select appropriate option:
From Outlook® Contacts (contacts from your Outlook® contacts),
From Address Book (internal company email contacts), or
New Email Contact.
Continue adding members to your group until it’s complete.
This is now in your personal Outlook® Address Book.
Click Save & Close.
