  3. 3. Task 1 You have a dull political opinion, but written by a respected journalist/columnist, on an important topic. Work on your designated platform to cover this topic. What other platforms would you use to better present the topic?
  4. 4. Task 2 There’s an ongoing sports event happening throughout the day. It finishes at 6 pm. You have a website, an iPad app with fixed publishing time (4 pm), social media and a print product with a late deadline (10 pm). How would you cover the event throughout the day? Your designated platform is your major one, the rest come in support.
  5. 5. Task 3 Creative use of headlines. New government announced that Russian is going to be one time zone. Please, produce headlines to cover this news.

Vladimir Putins newly appointed Government bans alcohol in the country, and today is the official announcement. Everything is completely banned, all types, starting with beer, ending with vodka. The new ban comes in effect in 3 weeks). How would journalists cover it using ONLY social media outlets? Which type of content they would place and where? Why? What about social media campaign?
