of I-64 were upgraded with additional lanes
and new overpass bridges
- Liberty Park Drive interstate frontage road

RIC TMA Planning Activities
โข STP and TAP Suballocation Procedures
- RIC staff have developed a set of procedures
for the distribution of STP and TAP suballocated
funds for the Putnam TMA portion
- Because the annual funding amounts are
relatively small, RIC did not develop its own
competitive grant program
- Instead a committee consisting of RIC staff,
WV DOH staff and officials from eligible entities
within the TMA portion meet annually to
determine the distribution of the funds
