2. Symbols and Objects 1 3 2 Jesus the messiah The Christian cross The Star of Bethlehem These symbols and objects represent Christianity in many ways. An example is in the first picture the cross this represents Christianity because the cross is empty and that is important because after being crucified Jesus came back to life as the messiah. The second example is the star of Bethlehem this represent Christianity because the star showed the shepherds and the wise men to baby Jesus. The third example is Jesus he is an impotent symbol because he led his followers in new directions and they eventually formed Christianity.

3. Celebrations and Holidays 2 Jesus rising from the dead 1 Birth of Jesus 3 An advent wreath The pictures above represent three different Christian holidays. The first one represents the holiday of Christmas which is a celebration of Jesus’ birth. The second picture represents Easter which observes the resurrection of Jesus. The third picture represents advent the celebration of God and his gifts to us through Jesus.
