This is not visible to
the student.
Enter a column name
to display. The student
will see this name.
So, enter a meaningful
name.
Enter a description
System defaults to
these values. You can
leave as is.

5. The system defaults to the “All
Grade Columns” You must
choose the “Selected Columns
and Categories”
System displays all the
available columns. Scroll
down and see. You need only
the columns for the first four
weeks.

6. Select a column by
highlighting it.
Click on the arrow to add
The column is added. This
column will be displayed in the
“Full Grade Center”
You can add one column at a time as shown here, by
selecting one column in the “Columns to select” box on
the left, and then clicking on the right arrow to add to
the “Selected Columns” box on the right.

You can add multiple columns, all at once, as shown in
the next slide

7. Select the FIRST column by
highlighting it.
Scroll down
Hold down the “Shift” key
on your key board.
Select the LAST column by
highlighting it.
ALL the columns in the
selected range are highlighted.
Now you can click on the
arrow to add all the highlighted
columns to the “Selected
Columns” box.

8. Make sure you have added only the columns
for the first FOUR weeks.
If you have inadvertently added beyond four
weeks, you can simply delete that column by
clicking on the red X.
CAREFUL, NOT TO DELETE THE OTHER
COLUMNS THAT YOU NEED.
Follow the same procedure to add the
Categories
System defaults to this selection, you can
leave as is.
