Here's our presentation from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity as part of the Unilever Foundry50. It covers the problem with cart abandonment and the slow eCommerce growth rates, along with the rise in Online-to-Offline (O2O) Commerce and our creative solution for retailers to close the data loop from online to in-store using Beacons and Proximity technology - helping recover lost revenue from online browsers/cart abandoners in-store where they spend more.
