Duties
Review of Project specification and P&ID s.
Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field
Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field
sketches when necessary.
Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.
Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures,

Duties:
Manage Non conformity reports for supplied Hydraulic fitting with internal paintings
Responsible for installation of all on board piping inside roughing, intermediate and finishing mill stands
Perform technical reports to solve erection problems due to wrong supplied valve stands.
Responsible for flushing of DEMI water circuit in induction heater area.
Responsible for commissioning of DEMI water circuit in induction heater area.
Responsible for installation all on board piping for DESCALLING water system and apply hydro test at 500 barge.
Responsible for commissioning of DESCALLIG water circuit with URACA pumps.
Adjust different parameters for water circuits after flushing like (flow rate, pressure …ETC) according to PFD drawings.
