4. Jaipur
First place :- Jaipur : Jaipur is the
capital of Rajasthan. It is a very big and
beautiful city. It is called Pink City for
its trademark building color. It is
belongs to royal family. At the center
of street stands City palace with
gardens, courtyards and museums are
part of royal residence. Jaipur is
famous for its cultural and historical
places like City palace, Amber fort,
Nahargarh fort, jaigarh fort, Jantar-
Mantar, Birla temple, Albert hall, Doll
museum, Jawahar Kala Kendra Hawa
Mahal and wax museum. It is a
Heritage City. Jaipur is a major hub for
arts and crafts. It has many traditional
shops selling antiques, Jewellery,

Second place :- Udaipur : Udaipur is the
greenest city of Rajasthan. It is also
known with other names like : City of
Lakes and Venice of East. It was the
capital of Sisodiya Rajputes of Mewar
and is famous for its beautiful palaces
and the finesse of Rajputana style
architecture. Udaipur was founded by
Sisodiya Rajput Maharana Udai singh

6. Jodhpur
Third place :- Jodhpur : The second
largest city of Rajasthan is Jodhpur and
also most populated city of Rajasthan
after Jaipur. Jodhpur was historically
the capital of the kingdom of Marwar.
Jodhpur is also called the Sun City as
the marwar rulers living there
worshipped the sun. It is also called
blue city because of the blue colored
painted houses which can be seen
from the fortress. Jodhpur is only at a
distance of 250 kilometers from the
Indo – Pakistan Border. It is famous of
various hill forts, palaces, and the old

its golden sand. Golden sand of the

sandstone used in the city’s

acchitecture ,art and crafts . It was
built in the form of the walled city and
has one of the largest forts in the
world. The nights in Jaiselmer are very
cold and days are very hot due to the
sand dunes. This city is situated at the
Indo – Pak Border. It is famous for
Jaiselmer fort, Bada Bagh, Patwon ki
haveli, Sam sand dunes, Thar heritage
museum, Gadisar lake, Nathmal ki
haveli, Jain temple and Salim singh ki
haveli.

8. Bikaner
Fifth place :- Bikaner : The city of
Bikaner founded by the Rao Bika. It is
another prime tourist destination and
its famous for sweets and snacks. The
place is known for its forts and food. It
has various arts and crafts. It has
unique carved windowpanes called
Jharokhas. If you want to experience

cuisines you must go to Bikaner. It is
