This is the letter I got from the Public Grievance Redressal Cell of the Chief Minister, Kerala (popularly known as Sutharya Keralam) after I send a suggestion to upload the expenses incurred in organising the CM's Public Contact Programs at different district headquarters. The details were to be uploaded at their website www.jsp.kerala.gov.in within 30 days of an event. The Cell sent the complaint to the District Collector, Palakkad. The important things to note is that the suggestion was applicable for all districts and not just for Palakkad and secondly in this letter itself it is important to see how the usual direction to complete action within 44 days and intimate the complainant has been struck off!
