Mine is not necessarily a typical career, spanning working in four countries across two continents in a number of different industries, and roles.
At my core is Customer Service. I have been described as having a Customer first mindset and have over 15 years' experience in Customer Service from front line help desk and Call center to Escalations Manager for the C-suite at Mercedes-Benz UK.
Moving to Canada in 2003 and working for Crystal Decisions / Business Objects / SAP; after initially working in Customer Service I had the opportunity to expand my experience and skills into two new areas; Contract Renewal Sales as an Account Manager and Team Lead and most recently, in Sales Operati.
