office buildings. Features a newly emergent Saw

podium. Includes the transformation of New
Anderson Street into a new public plaza.

prototype cinema that hearkens back to the glory
days of the Hollywood movie palace. 28 screens
with a premium club & restaurant at the 2nd floor.
Mohegan Sun

Master planning for Phase II and Phase III expansions. Encompassing
over 140,000 sf additional gaming floor, 2,000 hotel rooms, a 10,000-seat
arena and over 100,000sf of retail & restaurants, including the House of
Blues.

retail and a 1500-car parking deck. Brought shop-
ping and entertainment back to downtown Indy
after the department store exodus of the 80s.

The jewel of Circle Center, the ArtsGarden is a
year-round public venue where Indianapolis arts
organizations can perform and showcase their

17 floors of a Third Avenue high-rise. The goal
was to give the advertising agency more flex-
ible and interactive facilities to boost creativity.

A 5,000sf roll-out of a financial “retail” office for
the Prudential Financial Group. Employs a vibrant
palette of locally-inspired colors and materials,
including ‘keystone’ panels and bamboo floors.
Marriott Aerie
Stamford, CT; 2007

A speculative proposal for 6,000sf of office
and trading floor space for a hedge fund on
the top floor of Stamford’s Marriott Hotel.
