  15. 15. <ul><li>Project managers has a huge responsibility and authority over a project. </li></ul><ul><li>This was clear in the case when Rachel had to deal with client firm’s additional requests where she has to manage performance of the extended requirements, time and cost to finish the project successfully. </li></ul><ul><li>Man in between </li></ul><ul><li>One good example is where Rachel going and talking to the purchasing agent assigned to her project, on getting necessary equipments to the project site earlier than planned. </li></ul><ul><li>Also where she walks down to the marketing managers office to clarify on the problem they came up with. 1 min </li></ul>
