This presentation was the result of a research project for a class on Outcome-Based Evaluation at the University of Michigan School of Information. We looked at the Oregon School Library Information System (OSLIS) <http://www.oslis.org>, an LSTA-funded project run by the Oregon State Library, to determine its effectiveness and the effectiveness of the training provided for it. Just as a note, OSLIS has changed significantly since we prepared this presentation.
