plant and a 50-kilowatt polycrystalline photovoltaic array for electric power
cogeneration.

4. CM@Risk Delivery
Specific project experience included:
Coordination with Design Architect (Richard Orne+Associates) - Architectural
detailing and construction administration of lighting and Audio Visual design
features of Main and Upper Concourse renovation (Phase 3-3A).
Coordination of the relocation of primary and secondary high voltage
electrical utilities on the east side of US Airways Center Arena site in
preparation for new and renovation construction. This work included
supervision of civil engineering, structural and MPE engineering consultants
as well as coordination with CM@Risk& General Contractor (Hunt
Construction Group), Arena Partnership (Owner/Operator), City of Phoenix
and Arizona Public Service (APS) in the relocation and reconnection of all
electrical and wet utilities for the east side of the Arena site. (Phase 4)

Interior Designer and construction administration - Renovation/expansion of
Phoenix Suns Administration Offices (Phase 6A) 35,000 square feet.
Project Architect – New 5-story glass curtainwall and enclosure of the
