This document describes the features and usage of the RetailOn Subscription and Recurring Billing Magento extension. It allows administrators to create subscription plans with customizable labels, periods, and contracts. Customers can view available plans on the frontend and manage their subscriptions in their account. The extension integrates subscription functionality for both simple and configurable products.

1. Introduction to RetailOn SARB
The Subscriptions and Recurring Billing extension by Retailon extends Magento abilities further – now you are able to create subscription plans which supports Simple, Subscription simple products using flexible settings and sell them on a recurring basis.
The Subscriptions and Recurring Billing Retailon Magento extension suits you if you sell products that are purchased with certain regularity: software licenses or products like grocery memberships, pills, detergents, etc.
Feature For You (Admin)
 Allows admin to create a subscription plan from the backend.
 While creating subscription plan you can choose single or multiple product type for subscription.
 It allows you to customize the subscription frequency periods while creating plan like following as:
Days, Weekly, Monthly, Fourthly, etc.
 It allows you to customize the subscription label while creating plan like following as:
Gold, Platinum, Silver, Black, etc.
 It allows you to customize the subscription binding contract while creating plan like following as:
1Month, 3Weeks, 1Year etc.
 While creating plan we can make plan is available for definite period or indefinite period by selecting starting and ending date.
 Admin can know the details of all the subscriber/customers who subscribed for a particular plan by clicking view subscription plan submenu.
 Payment methods for business logic is
Paypal Pro, MoneyOrder, Saved CreditCard, Paypal Website Payment Pro, Authorize.net.

Feature For Your Customer
 Plan which are created by admin will be shown in frontend for purchasing.
 Once the customer subscribe to the plan then they can view the subscription plan in MyAccount->MySubscription Link.
 can edit existing subscription plands period,binding contract by viewing the plan in subscription link in MyAccount.
 For normal subscription product customer can add and remove the products by clicking Add to Existing Plan.
2. Creating Subscription Plan
For creating a new Subscription plan we have to vistit SARB tab in the backend in SARB->Subscription->Create New Plan.
The following image gives the description that how to create a subscription plan.
After creating the plan if you want first delivery date and contract details should be enabled for user then we have to enable some tabs as Yes in Manage Products->click on product which You want to change-> Subscription tab.

Description of the subscription plans will be displayed in the backend in SARB->Subscription->Create New Plan in grid.
The following image shows all the details of subscription plans which are created by admin.
4. Creating Subscription binding contract, label and periods
Creating Subscription binding contract:
It allows you to customize the subscription binding contract while creating plan like following as: 1Month, 3Weeks, 1Year etc.
To Create new binding contract for subscription goto SARB- >Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Binding->AddNew

Viewing Subscription binding contract:
To view all the subscription binding contract which are created can be view by SARB->Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Binding.
Creating Subscription label:
It allows you to customize the subscription label while creating plan like following as: Gold, Platinum, Silver, Black, etc.
To Create new label for subscription plan goto SARB->Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Label->Add New Label.

Viewing Subscription label:
To view all the subscription label which are created can be viewed by SARB->Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Label.

Creating Subscription Frequency period:
It allows you to customize the subscription frequency while creating plan like following as: Days, Weekly, Monthly, Fourthly, etc.
To Create new label for subscription plan goto SARB->Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Frequency->Add New Frequency.

To view all the subscription label which are created can be viewed by SARB->Subscription Values->Manage Subscription Frequency.

5. Viewing the plan in front end for purchasing
It plans which are created in the back end by admin will be get viewed in the frontend for user/customer for subscription.

6. Checking MySubscriptions In MyAccount
The customer who has been subscribed for a particular plan can be initiated in MyAccount->MySubscription tab.
