advertising strategy and become a trained and certified coach and
workshop facilitator. Her personal mission is to heal the American
workplace. She has worked with hundreds of creative industry
professionals to level-up their careers, has taught goal-setting
workshops, and has worked in Learning & Development at

Bill Herrick is the Data Coordinator for Catholic Charities of
Steuben, a role he's been in only since the beginning of 2019. Bill
has been with Catholic Charities of Steuben in various counseling
and supervisory roles for over five years supporting people with
substance abuse disorders and working with people in poverty.
As Data Coordinator, Bill trains over 30 staff to enter data
accurately in AWARDS, provides Helpdesk Support, runs various
reports for funders, and provides needed data to different staff and
committees. By the end of the year, Bill will have onboarded and
trained another Catholic Charities of Steuben program to use
AWARDS instead of using paper documentation. Bill's work has
helped programs to input data more accurately in order to
procure more funding. He has also modified various AWARDS
reporting mechanisms in order help programs keep better track of
their data so that programs do not have to use the dreaded
spreadsheet. This new Data Coordinator position at Catholic
Charities of Steuben has expanded quickly as the agency moves
towards Value Based Payment with various funders including
Medicaid. In Bill's free time, he enjoys spending time with family,
making wine, and listening to music.
