4. After graduating with a B.S. in economics and a minor in
environmental engineering, Mr. Kelo continued on to the
University of Illinois at Chicago, where he graduated in the top
5 percent of his class with an MBA in finance. Mr. Kelo then
decided to enter the field the recruiting at MRINetwork, the
nation’s largest managerial and executive search firm. He began
broadly, recruiting in fields such as accounting, finance, and
audit. During that time, we achieved rankings such as the #1
finance recruiter, audit recruiter, and accounting recruiter
within MRINetwork’s global system.

5. His aptitude for recruiting eventually led him to his current job
as head of TaxScouts, Inc. Here, Mr. Kelo uses his expertise to
helps build outstanding tax departments by reaching out to top
performers in the industry. Recently, TaxScouts, Inc. opened a
new office in Atlanta. Mr. Kelo’s extensive list of professional
endeavors has enabled him to develop skills in a multitude of
