Our firm, just like a medical clinic, strives to ensure the health of businesses by providing
advisory services through every stage of their life.
The aim of good care is to detect any potential problems early and prevent them where
possible. At Business clinic we monitor and consult with the entrepreneurs on how to
take care of their businesses through feasibility tests and sound business planning.
We guide businesses through the infancy stage with essential advice in core foundation
areas such as Legal and Taxation.
For Businesses at the adolescence stage, there are operational efficiency issues to
maximize resource use.

The Prescriptive approach entails research, data collection, analysis; stakeholder
interviews; hypothesis formation; formulating and implementing recommendations;
preparing business proposals/presentations.
The Facilitative approach ensures that clients receive assistance needed to implement the
recommendations and solutions. We manage projects and offer strategic leadership roles in
client relationships.

Experienced management professional with over 10 years of continued career progression,
accompanied by key accomplishments in highly competitive industries.
Has worked in various firms including Triton Petroleum, Flip up Petroleum and Atom-TDF.
Well-developed business and management understanding attained through diverse assignments in
strategy, process reengineering and business analysis at both corporate and consulting levels.
Proven expertise, in ensuring strategic cost management goals are achieved through process design
and change management. Skilled in system analysis & Project planning, Consulting & implementation,
strategy development & Financial analysis

Catherine Kabaki
Is a co-founder and member of the Consulting Team
She has vast experience working as Customer Care and Marketing Manager at the Midrand
Chamber of Commerce (Johannesburg) and Brand Manager/ Head of Client Service at Atom-TDF.
With over 8 years of international expertise in customer relations, project consulting and
implementation in Kenya, South Africa and the United Kingdom, she has acquired broad business
understanding from projects in diverse industries.
Catherine successfully managed Brand Implementation projects: Kihingo Village (property),
Aberdare Safari Hotels, REAL Insurance, Tanelec, TransCentury, Wananchi Online, UAP Insurance,
and Mobile Planet.
