Richard is an entrepreneur for positive impact and a development professional with over 12 years of experience. While a student, he started his career as the National Project Manager of AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire, implementing Global community development programs related to Youth Entrepreneurship and HIV/AIDS on a national scale. He then served short stints with Microsoft in Morocco and Green Cross in Ghana designing and rolling-out sustainability programs. He was the founder of 2 successful not-for-profit organizations and learnt a great deal from a failed for-profit venture.
