OPTION - 1
• We have prepared or completed ASIS Document
• Call ERP Implementation Partners (e.g., SAP / Oracle / MS D365), Share the
ASIS Document to ask RFP / RFQ with a proposed solution as per the SoW
• Get demo with detail presentation of the relevant ERP Applications (e.g.,
SAP / Oracle / MS D365) as per the business requirement & SoW
• Prepare a comparison sheet based on the SoW, then we can able to justify
that which application are more fit and compatible with the requirement,
budget and ROI

• We have to mark of each scope under the coloumns:
• STD = Standard available,
• CUS = Customization, it needs to be customized to get the desire requirement or
scope
• 3RD = Solution with 3rd party tool, it needs to be integrated with other tool
• FUT = Future release, in the current version not available, it may get in the next
version
• NS = Not Support, No solution is available
