MISSION
our work for the most competitive price, with the highest quality construction
and within the schedule requirements is how we achieve maximum
          satisfaction with our clients.

Nauset’s flexible delivery methods for a wide range of project types give
us the ability to adapt and provide superior solutions that are responsive to
          time and budget constraints.
PRECONSTRUCTION
Effective planning is critical to the successful outcome of every project. Nauset’s
comprehensive preconstruction services provide both the owner and the design team with
a source of accurate information from which educated decisions can be made concerning
the project’s cost, quality level and scheduling.

We develop a detailed plan that identifies the timing of all preconstruction activities, and
defines the project approach and services from initial concept through the finalized contract.
The overall project success, (whether optimizing value, controlling costs, meeting aggressive
schedules or all of the above) relies heavily upon the decisions made at the initial stages of
the project. Nauset Construction’s team excels at communicating innovative solutions to
design and construction challenges and ultimately to the success of your project.

Building Community
At Nauset Construction we consider corporate responsibility a fundamental part
of doing business, so we developed our “Building Community” program. From
Nauset’s beginning, our company’s commitment to supporting education and
healthcare charitable organizations has been steadfast. We are genuinely
interested in finding ways to give of ourselves. Our employees have shared their
time and talents to help build homes for those in need, fulfill wishes, and support
various civic and charitable foundations. Whether through grass roots charity
involvement, company-sponsored events, or affiliations with local, regional, and
national nonprofit organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Make-A-Wish, we
are committed to continually helping people in the communities in which we live
and work.
