Office layout plays a vital role in determining the
overall productivity of your organization. So
before setting up your office design, it is important
to consider a few factors to determine your office
Layout for better functionality. Office Layout The
important factors which enhance the work
efficiency of your employees are as follows:
WORK FLOW
The office layout should be designed in a straight line direction
rather than having a crisscross pattern. By maintaining your
office layout in a straight direction, it will help your employees to
commute in a comfortable way. Employee Needs Arrange an
employee friendly work atmosphere. The preliminary office
design should include the planning of space requirements
needed for the each employee. This consist projection of growth
in each work unit and the various specialized work areas.
Regardless of their designations, it is important to determine the
equipment, furniture and space that are sufficient for their work
profile.
EMPLOYEE NEEDS
