Ronald Stewart has served as Headmaster of York Preparatory School in Manhattan since he founded the school with his wife, Jayme, in 1969. Mr. Stewart currently oversees a student body of 350, with a faculty and administration of more than 70 educational professionals. 100% of York Prep’s graduating classes are accepted into college, with more than 85% successful with their top choice. Under Mr. Stewart’s guidance, York Prep has flourished and built a reputation as one of the private school jewels in the New York City education panorama. Now entering his 45th year at York Prep, Mr. Stewart continues to be an active and engaged headmaster.
