         Manager – Account Development & Services
          Lead commercial MDI process i.e. responsiveness, order acknowledgement, general
          inquiries and production delivery within SLA.

          Managing and coordinate team for new product development through start up kit and
          material sourcing.

          Analyze new product development (NPD) report to ensure on time development to
          achieve target sample development lead time to ensure maximum order intake.

          Drive development cycle time improvements and first time right improvements along
          with operations team.

          Managing a group of Customer Service team who handles order from intake to delivery.

          Evaluate customer service performance management and take necessary action for
          required improvements.

Key Account Manager - South Asia Region
Establishing and managing the Sears & K Mart South Asia team with effective and
working linkage within the region and with the global teams.

Manage internal and external communication on all matter related to Sears & K Mart.

Develop and maintain productive and enduring relationship with Sears & K Mart
offices.

Development of short term and long term strategy to gain more business in the region
based on the key account plan developed by each country for Sears & K Mart.
Coordinate and monitoring the progress of implementation of the strategy.

    Support the team to gain more business by providing inputs i.e. program wise & vendor
    wise projections before starting of each season, item / product line level opportunities
    by country, relevant competition information like capability, prices etc.

    Coordinate communication flow with Global RBO Sales team and Sears & K Mart team
    in USA (primary point of contact for Sears & K Mart team in US).

    Generate regular MIS reports on Sears & K Mart activity within the region and share the
    same with KAMs as well as the entire team.


    July’04 to May’08                 Paxar Bangladesh Ltd. (A subsidiary of Avery Dennison Corp.)

    Account Executive - US Region
    Responsible for developing new products primarily under U.S.A. origin retailers that are
    required in the market and make sure that the company is in a position to produce and
    sell them.

    Responsible for communicating with other global sites i.e. Hong Kong, U.S.A via email,
    phones for up-to-date information on new products, prices, services etc.

    Determine prices that are competitive as well as give maximum profit to the company.

    Train/assist customer service, sales team and other personnel in the process of achieving
    highest degree required by each account/retailer in terms of service and quality.

    Worked with supplier and procurement team to make sure that raw materials are
    always in stock and available for production.

    Acted as the key gatekeeper of information e.g. guidelines, specifications, color
