Highly organized, hard working and efficient individual with a precise approach to projects. Able to
work under pressure with a friendly and approachable attitude. Can manage teams of over 100
individuals and has a good knowledge of and ability to apply company policies for safety, quality
and sustainability. Highly motivated and action orientated with the ability to plan and achieve
deadlines and KPI. Communicates well with teams and management. Due to a factory relocation I
have had to take redundancy and require work of a similar role within manufacturing industry.
Experience
Worked mainly with large machinery and transportation including warehouse, production and
dispatch. Worked my way up from machine operative to team leader and then on to department
manager and covered for factory manager when needed. Through training I have learned to run an
efficient production process including NPD projects, installations, including writing SOP for the
processes and training the operatives. Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations, when
required.
Skills & Certificates
Management Institute & NVQ Team Leader, Food safety intermediate and hygiene, trained in NAV
scanner system, fire marshall trained, manual handling, Microsoft office, Word, Exell, Power point.
IOSH, COSH, CSCS, RTITB for FLT counterbalance & PPT licenses, trained on Toyota tow
tractors and have some experience on overhead crane operations.

April – August Inspire recruitment Fusion Sheepbridge. Working on injection moulding
machines, wiring and setting.
March - April Essential recruitment Steetley Dolomite. Working as labourer filling product into
bags, labeling and moving them with FLT to stores ready for collection by customer.
March - Diverse recruitment Aztec Oils Ltd. Working on machines filling barrels with oil,
achieving required customer orders. Palletizing and moving goods to warehouse using FLT, loading
and unloading vehicles using counterbalance fork truck when required.
2015 – 2016 Diverse recruitment IKO Ltd Working on a machine, palletizing rolls of roofing
from 8 ton rolls to smaller rolls, banding, heat sealing, labeling and quality checking before moving
it to the warehouse using FLT counterbalence.
2010 – 2015 Noble Foods Innovations Worked as the breaking room department manager,
managing 3 shifts processing raw material pallets of egg into liquid egg via breaking machines.
Pasturized, blended and filled product for customer orders. Managed all aspects of the process from
planning, process, dispatch, manpower.

transporting them to waiting processes using the toyota tow tractor.
1994 – 2007 Deans Foods Worked as a machine operative breaking raw material egg into
liquid egg ready for processing for customers, worked my way up to become team leader.
1980 – 1994 NCB Mining Worked as a haulage worker transporting materials to the coal faces
via electric trains and cable systems.
