will divide the problem into two motions; motion along x and motion along y

using conservation of linear momentum
m(3)+ m(0) = m(v1 * cos45)+m(v2 * cos45)
giving, v1 + v2 = 3*sqrt(2)____________(1)
along y
using conservation of linear momentum
0 = m(v1 * sin45)-m(v2 * sin45)
giving, v1 = v2______________________(2)
using 1 and 2
v1=v2= 3/sqrt(2)
