Are the foundation bolts tight? Are the frame foot bolts tight? Has the condition of hydraulic hoses at latch changed? MIXING CHAMBER (BODY) DROP DOOR Dust Stops Any leakage? Is the area clean? Is their adequate oil supply and area wet? Measure the wear externally Latch Check stroke - max mm Visual check of operation (take trial if required) Fastener tightness - check Check for leakage of cylinder. & hoses Wear on contact surfaces Accumulation of polymer - range

Drive Check oil level Check oil quality & replace if needed Couplings Low speed (under 100 RPM) use grease only Check high speed - use grease - check Connecting Gears (if applicable) Check oil level & add as needed Flush & refill
