Emotional Well-being Healing – from stress, anxiety & depression, Change – in thinking, feeling, and behaving, Self-confidence and Growth Social Well-being interaction with other people, through Marriages, Family get together, Social gatherings etc.

Occupational Well-being Physical Well-being Finding a job that integrates and balances skills & interests, a healthy way to integrate work into life, & maintaining a suitable balance between work and life Cardio vascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, life energy, enough sleep & quality nutrition Environmental Well-being Minimize Global Warming, Air & Water Pollution, Noise & Vibration, Food Refining etc. Financial Well-being Helps to attain Stability & Security, Worth, Esteem & Self Actualization and
  22. 22. Therefore it is said …. " That which is beautiful is not always good; but that which is good is always beautiful" So create good atmosphere, better learning opportunities, respect, recognize & reward employees, provide better compensation and career growth for your employees.
