  • 8. And some others are concentrating on growing their seller platform And improving their services Snapdeal trying to reach out to sellers through TVCs Flipkart ties up with Mumbai’s Dabbawalas to improve its delivery service

  • 11. Debit cards/Internet banking as  Credit cards COD And how we prefer to pay
  • 12. To the shops that top
  • 13. And their presence on Social Media platforms
  • 14. So, what’s next in e-commerce?

  • 18. Even Payment Modes are being simplified…

  • 20. New opportunities also being mined in e-commerce… …to compete against e-commerce Shopsity’s new service is to drive customers from online retail to the offline stores available near them. Zakoopi is running a similar service for Delhi-NCR
  • 21. But something even more relevant is coming for future e-retail
  • 22. And its an “Omni-Channel Shopping Experience”
