NEW COMMUNITIES INITIATIVE
The 2nd Annual HERspanic Achievement Celebration will be held at
the CRYSTAL BALLROOM in the TAINO TOWER Complex in
El Barrio and will include: dance, music, singing, comedy and
poetry.
Attending patrons will present an award to HERspanic they choose
in recognition of the importance in a presenter's personal life.
The event, its performances, presentations, and testimonials will be
recorded and presented on television and the web in a series
promoting the Arts and Culture, local talents and resources.
Sponsorships are available from $250 to $10,000.
NEW COMMUNITIES INITIATIVE
Patrons can honor a Latina (HERspanic) in their lives through the
purchase of a plaque in their name.
The price of the plaque admits two (2) people to the event, the
presenter and the honoree.
The honoree has to be a Latina (a HERspanic woman), not the
presenter.
Other non-presenting guest are welcome to attend. They pay a
different admission price to the event.
The goal to to honor HERspanic women and gather event footage
to promote the event as a part of a televised series.
NEW COMMUNITIES INITIATIVE
Recognizing the importance that Arts & Culture can play as
an engine for the economic development and growth in
Inner-City neighborhoods, AfterDark has created a new TV

life of communities.
