This qualification will prepare you for a successful career as an associate teacher in your chosen subject within further education, and will help you progress as a teacher. The Level 4 qualification is a legal requirement for Further Education (FE) teachers in England. Who are they for? These qualifications have been developed for those working, or looking to work, in an associate teaching role in the Further Education (FE) sector in England Level 3: Developed to meet a requirement of the Further Education Teachers' Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007 and related contractual requirements. Ideal for those embarking on, or new to, a teaching career. This comprises mandatory and optional units, including: • Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding • Facilitate learning and development for individuals • Roles, responsibilities and relationships in lifelong learning • Coaching and mentoring roles • Equality and diversity.
